For each tax authority, there is a schedule of deposits that is assigned to each company. Some tax authorities only have one, others have multiple options.
You must select a deposit frequency for each tax authority. Most tax authorities will update frequencies once a year, though some will do it as often as once a quarter. If you do not know your frequency, please contact the appropriate tax authority.
Please note, every time you add a new tax, you must specify the tax frequency prior to the next pay roll run. The system will prevent you from running your payroll until the new frequency information is saved.
