Your Wagepoint plan will cost you a ($20 base fee + $2 per employee) for each payroll run in the system, and you don’t get charged until you run your payroll. You can use the cost calculator on our website to get the exact number for your company.
This fee includes government tax reporting/ payment to the Federal government and 10 state/ local payees. A payee is considered the government agency that we have to send the payment to - so, if two taxes go to the same agency, we count that as 1 payee. Each additional payee, i.e. over 10 state/ locals are charged at $2 per payee per payroll.
