User Accounts - Changing Access Levels

The app identifies the person who signs up to use the app as the administrator of your company's Wagepoint account. However, you can assign multiple administrators within your company if needed.

  1. Select "Account Settings" and select the "User Accounts" tab.
  2. Click the "Edit" (gear wheel) icon for the employee whose access level you are trying to change.
  3. Change the "Access Level" by picking "Administrator" from the drop-down menu.
  4. Click "Save Changes"
