Additional State Reporting

Some states require additional reporting information when you file your taxes. This can be wage plans, location codes, or employee gender. If your state requires additional information, the Additional State Reporting Details screen will list out all of the information that is required. Some information is company based, other information is employee based. If the required information is employee based, you must enter your employees first. Please note, this information is required during the quarterly reporting. You do not have to update this information for each pay period. You will receive a notification at least one month prior to the end of the quarter reminding you to review and update the required information.
